CIRCLE (Central Illinois Regional Chambers Legislative Effort) is going to Springfield on March 2, 1010 and we need you to join us!

The Chambers in Chillicothe, East Peoria, Morton, Pekin, Peoria and Washington are working together to advocate for a common agenda with the Illinois General Assembly. We have surveyed our members to identify issues of importance across the region and now we need to share those issues with key members of the General Assembly. These will be issues that impact your business and our region so please join us for an all day session on March 2nd. We will arrange meetings with legislators and/or key committee staff members that relate to each of our identified issues. The issues will be finalized by early February but could include slow payment by the State of Illinois to local businesses, full funding for key regional road projects, public pension reform and the like. You will play an active role in the discussions with the policy makers so sign up now.

.what. CIRCLE includes Delegate Breakfast and Luncheon, Evening Reception to include legislators, Issue Briefings, CIRCLE shirt, and delegate materials. (Delegates provide their own transportation to and from Springfield. Attendance for the entire day is desired but not required.)
